Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your nursing apparel and gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to track your return progress.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
